Good Bye Trent

Trent Lott is resigning. I blame my old DC pal Robert George for running him out of town.

I will miss the unintentional irony that Lott's leadership position was a "Minority Whip."

    Reached for comment at the family plantation, Lott's wife was quoted as saying, "I, for one, shall not look back!"
