Warning: I tried it with Ragged Thots URL and got a reading of "Junior High School"!!!
My European type came up Dutch. That's not too far off, since my two largest ethnic components are English and Swedish. So, Dutch is a pretty good compromise between the two, I think.
That link says this is a college post grad reading level.
I am not sure that is entirely a good thing, it may mean it is just dense and impossible to understand.

That surprises me, but the fact that pasta is my favorite European food might have swung things. The fact remains that I prefer beer to wine, though.
